How long will my slot take?
Every service we offer is done an individual basis, we will discuss your needs with you to determine how we can help you best and give an approximate time from there. Please note we never like to leave a job unfinished so sometimes we will stay that little bit longer to ensure your satisfaction.
Can you come and see me before you quote?
Absolutely. We are more than happy to provide quotes over the phone and email but equally if you'd like a face to face chat with us then please let us know and a member of the management team can pop and see you.
I have a dog, is that ok?
Yes of course. We love all our clients pets and quite often find ourselves distracted by cuddles and playtime! We do ask that you let us know if your pets are nervous or require us to maybe avoid hoovering while they are in a certain room etc, it's their home too and we don't want them to be nervy of us coming. We are also more than happy to let them out for toilet time, top up bowls and give them a good fuss while we are there!
Do I have to be home when you arrive?
No, we are insured to be keyholders for your property and if you want to leave us instructions to gain access that's absolutely fine too. All our staff are DBS checked, insured and completely trustworthy. Wether it's cleaning or garden maintenance, we treat your home like our own.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We know life happens. A lot. Usually at the worst time. So if you need to cancel please (where possible) give us at least 24 hours notice. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or if we arrive and cannot gain access, will incur a 100% charge to cover the staff costs and travel. You can see our ts&cs HERE
How do I pay for my services?
We are happy to accept payment by bank transfer or cash. Bank details are shown on your invoice which is sent over once we have completed the job.
